Read more...It is hard to put into words the feelings we get thinking about the experience we had building our Canmore home with Lawrence, Joey and the NuAlpine Team. I would like to focus on a few highlights that made this such an incredible experience and one we would highly recommend without hesitation!
After looking at numerous homes throughout Canmore, we knew what we wanted but found it very hard to tick off all the boxes in one home. We were happy to make compromises as any home buyer likely needs too; however, by working with Lawrence and Joey, we literally got everything on our list and so much more! They have taken the absolute best of Canmore living and packaged it all together in a beautiful, highly functional, energy efficient home that brings the landscapes into every room! This isn’t just a house, it is a home! Having the spectacular backdrop and recreational access is just the cherry on top!
The process was easy and seamless throughout and every supplier they connected us with had the same consistent, quality, customer service driven approach ensuring we got everything we wanted and making well thought out suggestions when we didn’t know what we wanted ;) The more people we met, our good decision was reinforced as an amazing decision! We were able to fully customize the home with Joey guiding us throughout and Lawrence ensuring his engineering background explained every detail “behind the walls” in a language we could understand. We not only built a home, we learned so much throughout the process and created a great friendship along the way!

Read more...From our first meeting with Lawrence, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship, professionalism, integrity and the pride he put into this project. We purchased our home as a speculative development and were immediately attracted to the contemporary and thoughtful open concept design which takes full advantage of the natural light and glorious panoramic mountain views. We were also attracted to the seamless outdoor living space which includes four spacious decks/patios and a fully professionally landscaped front and backyard.
Apart from the design, the interior has been finished with very high specifications and numerous environment features which make our home very energy efficient and affordable to run. Lawrence has a long and reputable history in Canmore and has been building executive homes since 1979. As a result he is networked with the finest trade's people, who guaranteed quality craftsmanship from start to finish. Even after our purchase, Lawrence's high degree of service continues with calls and visits to ensure everything is ok.
